If you are planning a remodel and would find it extremely helpful to have a designer's input and have a 3D walkthrough to visualise the end result then a 3D Design is for you. This service allows you to stay in charge and work with your own general contractor or trades.
By the end of this, you will have everything you need to get your project started off on the right foot.
How it works:
Design Meeting: We discuss your needs and vision for your home, take photos and detailed measurements of the room/s.
Concept Design Presentation: We meet virtually and present two design options as a 3D walkthrough.
Final Design Plans: It takes approximately 3 weeks to complete the renders, after which you will be able to give contractors the information they need to provide you with estimates for your project.
You will receive:
Two different design options presented as a 3D walkthrough so you can visualize the space.
Realistic render of the final design to see the end result.
Floor plan which shows your contractor the room layout.
Elevation drawings which show the contractor the main design features (such as cabinet placement, fireplace, light fixtures etc.)
Material Finishes which shows suggested materials digitally (such as paint colours, flooring options, cabinet finishes etc.)
Floor plans start from $1900 plus taxes and are based on the size of your room and specific design requirements.
The process starts with a complimentary discovery call.
